I think this can be taken a couple of different ways... the thing is, it's ALL racist!I think this is a take on that crazy ass chimp that went on a rampage and killed the person...then the police had to shoot it... But they're saying here like, one more 'monkey' down... who's gonna be the prez next... It's crazy. And they say we've come soooo far right?
